Pahalgam Terror Attack: A startling Terrorist attack in Jammu & Kashmir has alerted the whole nation as the deadly attack took the lives of 28 innocent people. This disturbing act of violence happened on Tuesday in a Tourist Spot where an open fire attack killed several tourists and locals right before the eyes of their families. PM Modi who was visiting Jeddah, Saudi Arabia now returned to India to view the matters relating to the terrorist attack
The fatal attack has sent shock waves across the country and around the world with the Public now demanding immediate action against the perpetrators. PM Modi post landing in Delhi had a meeting with the External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval who briefed him about the attack in Pahalgam. Along with them were Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri and officials present in discussing the terrorist attack in Delhi.
On the terror attack, PM Modi posted his condemnation of the attack in Jammu & Kashmir and shared his condolences for the victims’ families. He also mentioned that the perpetrators behind the act will be brought to justice. “Those behind this heinous act will be brought to justice…they will not be spared! Their evil agenda will never succeed. Our resolve to fight terrorism is unshakable and it will get even stronger.”, read PM Narendra Modi’s X post.
The attack is seen in similarities with the Pulwama Attack in 2019 and is one of the most lethal open fire attacks on innocent civilians. World Leaders like Donald Trump, Italy President Giorgia Meloni, JD Vance who is currently in India visiting the country with his family have shared their condolences and support for India on the attack.
