OpenAI Formally Rolls Out GPT-6 Model: Live Interactive Visuals and Enterprise Features Explained

GPT-6 by OpenAI has now been launched into ChatGPT as a radical change in user interaction with AI models. Officially launched on October 7, 2026, the new version merges text along with interactive graphics, graphs, forms, and more via a feature named Intelligent UI. This new launch targets over 1.2 billion ChatGPT weekly users.
GPT-6 Brings Interactive Visuals to ChatGPT
The most significant difference between GPT-6 and the previous version is that the ChatGPT answer does not have to remain text-oriented anymore. By means of Intelligent UI, the AI will choose whether a given question should be answered by a diagram, comparison, chart, form, or custom tool.
Users can request that ChatGPT create any useful tools during their conversations with AI, such as calculators, bill splitters, and even interactive lessons. In case of complicated issues, users will receive visual answers with interactive elements that allow changing parameters and receiving various results.
According to OpenAI, GPT-6 works on the basis of an existing library of native, streamable interface components and a compiler which enables those interfaces to show up gradually, as the AI generates the answer. This is done to make interactions faster than to wait until the answer becomes fully visible.
Faster Responses and Improved Reasoning
One other significant capability of GPT-6 is that it can initiate responses while thinking or utilizing its tooling capabilities. As per OpenAI, this technique helps users read useful information from the get-go as the answer gets built up gradually.
Furthermore, there are improvements in the performance of web searches. In terms of OpenAI’s internal assessment, GPT-6 Instant initiates responses to queries involving web search 44% faster than GPT-5.6 Instant.
GPT-6 Enterprise Features and Availability
Features for the GPT-6 enterprise are also included in the roll-out. The GPT-6 is being rolled out to qualified Enterprise workspaces with existing admin controls and workspace permissions. Enterprise admins will control the access rights, whereas the Intelligent UI will be able to merge visuals and text, where necessary.
The global roll-out started by including the Plus, Pro, Business and Enterprise users; whereas, Free and Go users started gaining access on October 8. The paid accounts will include GPT-6 Sol, and Free and Go accounts will have access to GPT-6 Luna.
By using GPT-6, OpenAI is shifting from ChatGPT being just a regular chatbot to an AI interface that can change how information is conveyed.
