The Indian representative to the United Nations, T.N. Tirumurti has voiced the fact that Pakistan continues to work relentlessly to create situations of terrorism in India. Recently, it was also discovered that Pakistan is getting support from Turkey in order to train and strengthen the movement of Islamic terror groups hiding in Kerala and Kashmir.
According to an official statement made by Tirumurti, “Pakistan has become home to the largest number of listed terrorists, internationally designated terrorist entities and individuals, including Jamaat-ud-Dawah, Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammad and Hizbul Mujahideen.”
The ambassador has not minced his words to voice the disgust and undiplomatic behaviour of Pakistan and might go into developing relations with any other country that will further its power as a terror manufacturing machine. These include Qatar and Iran, like Turkey, nations that have been instrumental in forwarding terrorism by funding, facilitating and financing various radical groups across the world.

Tirumurti further adds that Pakistan has been trying to internationalize the conflict it has had with India. Trying to gather traction from the UN, he has said, that Pakistan’s efforts will fall flat and there is nothing that there is to gain from this kind of bad publicity. There were indications that Pakistan was trying to spread malicious news against India over Covid-19 crisis adding religious connotations to it, which could have hampered India’s relations with Middle Eastern nations. But quick action from the External Ministry has brought back status-quo.
