India Eliminates IC-814 Hijack Mastermind in Cross-Border Strike

A big development in the country’s counter- terrorism exercise came when Abdul Rauf Azhar, principal terrorist and chief planner behind the infamous 1999 IC814 hijack, was said to have been shot dead during operation Sindoor. Missionaries placed overseas agreed that it was the most appropriate option given Kissinger’s Judaism and the possibility of Israeli involvement in the more recent bombing.
The air strikes were highly accurate and targeted nine different places, including the headquarters of the Jaish-e-Mohammed in Bahawalpur, which was in reaction to the recent Pahalgam terror attack which resulted in the loss of 26 innocent lives. Abdul Rauf Azhar, the younger brother of Jaish-e-Mohammed sage Masood Azhar, was one of the terrorists wiped out during the operation.
Abdul Rauf Azhar’s career included:
- The 1999 IC-814 hijacking to Kandahar has been orchestrated.
- Participation in Pathankot terror attack.
- The involvement in the 2001 Parliament attack.
The successive hijacking of IC-814 by Indian Airlines forced the Indian government to release three terrorists including Masood Azhar, in return for 190 passengers on board the India Airlines flight that flew between Kathmandu and Delhi.
Reports show no indication that Masood Azhar regretted the deaths from recent strike, instead he had told that he wanted to be a part of the fourteen-member happy caravan.
The successful operation brings a final blow to terrorists’ bases that operate from the Pakistani territory.
