No Involvement: India Urges Pakistan to Look Inward Over Train Hijack

Recently a controversy began on the face of international relations when Pakistan claimed that it was India’s involvement in the Pakistan train hijack. But India has rejected Pakistan’s claim that it is behind the recent train hijacking in Balochistan. In a clear message, India’s Ministry of External Affairs said that Pakistan must look inward instead of blaming others. S Jaisankar said “We strongly reject the baseless allegations made by Pakistan. The whole world knows where the epicenter of global terrorism lies. Pakistan should look inwards and fix its own internal problems.”
The controversy began after Pakistan hinted at India’s role in fueling unrest in Balochistan, where a long-standing freedom movement has been active. Pakistan’s allegations came in the wake of the hijacking of the Jaffar Express. The train was held for 30 hours during a journey from Quetta to Peshawar. The incident left 21 hostages and four security personnel dead.
A senior Pakistani official claimed that the train attack was planned from abroad. He said that calls were traced to Afghanistan and insisted that India has always sponsored terrorism. But India denied all the claims and asked Pakistan to look inside instead of blaming others
