Mygate and Adonmo Announce Merger to Form Rs 3,500 Crore Digital Advertising and PropTech Entity

The merger between Mygate, a platform that offers residential community management services, and Adonmo, an advertisement technology platform supported by Eternal, is planned to take place in a stock-only transaction worth about Rs 3,500 crore. This would be a merger of residential community management services and digital advertisement technology platform to form a venture with annual revenues of around Rs 500 crore.
This news of the proposed merger was announced on October 21, 2026, and it would increase Mygate’s existing business into areas other than that of providing residential community management services and advertisements through residential properties.
Mygate and Adonmo Join Forces
Mygate is a technology company that supplies solutions for gated residential communities such as visitor management, security, accounting and community engagement. Its platform caters to millions of homes in thousands of residential communities.
Adonmo manages a network of digital advertising screens located in residential communities. Adonmo’s screens offer advertisers the opportunity to market their products to consumers in shared spaces such as entrances, lobbies, elevators and clubhouses.
Through the combination of these operations, the companies intend to create a platform that will enable residential community management to work hand in hand with location-based digital advertising.
Eternal to Receive Stake in Merged Entity
As per the deal, Eternal, which is the parent company of Zomato and Blinkit, will be a part of the deal by swapping its entire holding in Adonmo in exchange for shares in the operating company of Mygate, Vivish Technologies.
This deal is said to be worth about Rs 156 crore. As per reports, the share-swap deal will make Eternal own approximately 4.4% of the merged entity once the deal is done.
Recently, Mygate had raised Rs 225 crore in a funding round led by Dharana Capital at a valuation of approximately Rs 2,000 crore to Rs 2,200 crore.
What the Merger Means for Digital Advertising
The suggested partnership is a product of increasing interest in forms of advertising that merge digital technologies with the physical world. In this case, residential communities provide brands with an audience that can be reached through spaces in which they spend a considerable amount of time during the day.
For Mygate, the merger can become a way to gain diverse revenue channels. For Adonmo, it can become a chance for a larger audience and better commercial relations.
However, the success of this venture depends on proper integration and interest of advertisers and preserving the trust of residents concerning their privacy and use of communal space in residential areas.
In case of successful merger, it will be possible to further improve the connection between PropTech and digital advertising in India.
