Crizac IPO Opens Tomorrow: Education Platform Seeks ₹860 Cr

Crizac Limited, an education technology firm, will make its highly anticipated listing debut as the first ever education technology firm to list in India, tomorrow, July 2, 2025. The subscription period of the IPO of Crizac, which is three days, will be live until July 4, 2025, allowing investors to access the growth story of the company.
Strong Financial Performance Drives Crizac IPO Launch
The Mumbai-based education platform has registered a notch-up financial growth as it has experienced a tremendous escalation in its revenues as it has scaled to 884.78 crores in the fiscal 2025 as compared to 658.62 crores in the last year. Such an excellent growth of 34 percent in the revenue indicates the increasing international scope of the company in terms of provision of student recruitment services to international students.
The company has also experienced great profitability with net profit rising to 152.93 crores in 2025 as compared to 117.92 crores in 2024. The 17.28 percent profit margin and 30.38 percent return on equity of the company indicate that it stands in a good position among its competitors in the industry.
Crizac IPO Pricing and Investment Details
The face value of the public is 2 per share, and the pricing of the issue is in a range of 233 to 245 per share equity. The total amount of 860 crore in collection will be raised by a fresh equity issue, which means that the company does not consider offering exits to the old investors but focuses on growth.

Crizac was initiated in the year 2011 by the promoters, such as Dr. Vikash Agarwal, Pinky Agarwal, and Manish Agarwal, and has cemented its reputation as a global student recruitment portal. The company enables enrollments to learning institutions in the United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
This platform has a wide reach that covers more than 75 countries and it has implemented 5.95 lakh student applications, built connections with over 135 international educational establishments. By August 2024, Crizac has partnerships with 7,900 agents spread across geographies globally, where it has an active 2,532 number of agents across 25+ international markets and 1,524 in India.
