Chief Minister Adityanath Presents Saffron Party’s Political Resolution
Uttar Pradesh -For BJP held states, it was a matter of great pride that the UP-Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath presented BJP’s political resolution at the national executive meeting in person. He was the only CM to be present at the meeting on a Sunday afternoon. While other chief ministers attended the meeting via video conferencing from state headquarters along with state presidents, he was the only one to make it there in person.
The Political resolution is a significant document envisaging the party’s vision and scheme on which the government performs and its presentation is done by a senior leader. Former Party President Rajnath Singh has moved the Political resolution in the national executive meetings in 2017 and 2018.
Yogi’s role is being considered as important for the party’s return in UP in upcoming polls, as this win is important for BJP to return third time in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, political analysts believe. The decision to invite Yogi, by the party was also supported by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. According to her, ‘he deserves it as he performed that much well in the state.’
