- May 24 (Saturday) – Fourth Saturday closure
- May 25 (Sunday) – Regular weekly off
- May 26 (Monday) – Banks in Agartala closed for Kazi Nazrul Islam’s Birthday

Maharana Pratap Jayanti was celebrated on May 29 which led to all the banks in Shimla being closed that day. The central bank has specified a total of six bank holidays for May, with specific days depending on areas and their traditions. While branches are closed on holidays, people can use online and mobile banking, ATMs and send money online without any disruption.
