1. Narendra Modi (India)
The list of most favored foreign leaders once again included Indian Prime Minister Narendra Damodardas Modi at the top position.
He has been titled as the most popular & most powerful leader by lots of survey agencies around the globe. He is an Indian political leader serving as the 14th and current prime minister of India since 2014.

He was the chief minister of Gujarat from 2001 to 2014 and is the Member of Parliament from Varanasi. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).
2. Anthony Albanese (Australia)
Australian politician Anthony Norman Albanese has been Australia’s 31st and current prime minister since 2022.
He has served as the Australian Labor Party’s (ALP) leader since 2019 and as Grayndler’s member of parliament (MP) since 1996.
Albanese formerly held different ministerial roles in the Kevin Rudd and Julia Gillard administrations from 2007 to 2013, rising to the level of 15th deputy prime minister under the 2nd Rudd administration in 2013.
3. Magdalena Andersson (Sweden)
Swedish politician and economist Eva Magdalena Andersson has been in office as prime minister and head of the Swedish Social Democratic Party since 2021.
She was Mona Sahlin’s advisor as well as the director of planning in Göran Persson’s cabinet.
Andersson was chosen to serve in the Riksdag following the 2014 elections and was appointed Minister of Finance under Stefan Löfven. She was chosen to serve as the Social Democratic Party’s leader.
4. Mario Draghi (Italy)
Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi OMRI has held the position since February 13, 2021. He ranks third on the list of the most admired leaders in the world and is one of the top three world leaders.
He has been Italy’s prime minister since February 2021 and is an economist, banker, former professor, and government official from Italy.
On July 21, 2022, he submitted his resignation, and he will serve as acting prime minister until a replacement is chosen.

He held the position of President of the European Central Bank (ECB) from 2011 to 2019 before being appointed Prime Minister.
5. Fumio Kishida (Japan)
Since October 2021, Fumio Kishida has been the prime minister of Japan. He is ranked fourth on the list of the top 5 world leaders.
He is also leader of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) since 2021, he is a politician from Japan.
He was a member of the House of Representatives and held the positions of acting minister of defense in 2017 and minister for foreign affairs from 2012 to 2017. He also served as the LDP Policy Research Council’s chairman from 2017 to 2020.
6. Micheál Martin (Ireland)
Micheál Martin, a member of the Irish political party Fianna Fáil, has been the Taoiseach (Irish PM) since June 2020 and the party’s leader since January 2011. Since 1989, he has served as a Teachta Dála (TD) representing Cork South-Central.
He held the positions of leader of the opposition from 2011 to 2020, foreign affairs minister from 2008 to 2011, enterprise, trade, and employment minister from 2004 to 2008, health and children’s minister from 2000 to 2004, and education and science minister from 1997 to 2000.
7. Jonas Gahr Støre (Norway)
Since 2021, Jonas Gahr Støre, a politician from Norway, has been the country’s 36th prime minister. He has also led the Labor Party since 2014.
From 2005 to 2012, he served as the foreign minister for Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg, and from 2012 to 2013, he was the minister of health and human services. Additionally, he has served as an Oslo Storting Member since 2009.
8. Justin Trudeau (Canada)
The 23rd Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Pierre James Trudeau, took office in November 2015.
He is a Canadian politician who has served as Canada’s 23rd and current prime minister since 2015 and as the party’s leader since 2013.

9. Pedro Sánchez (Spain)
Spanish politician Pedro Sánchez has served as the country’s prime minister since June 2018. Additionally, from June 2017, he has served as Secretary-General of the Spanish Socialist Workers’ Party (PSOE), a position he previously held from 2014 to 2016.
He was chosen as the PSOE’s Secretary-General in 2014, rising to the position of Leader of the Opposition. He guided the party through the unsuccessful general elections in 2015 and 2016.
But shortly after the latter, he resigned as Secretary-General due to public conflicts with the party’s management. Eight months later, he won re-election over Patxi Lopez and Susana Diaz in a leadership vote.
10. Mateusz Morawiecki (Poland)
Since 2017, Mateusz Jakub Morawiecki, an economist, historian, and politician from Poland, has led that country as prime minister.
He is a supporter of Law and Justice (PiS), and he previously held the positions of deputy prime minister from 2015 to 2017, minister of development from 2015 to 2018, and minister of finance from 2016 to 2018 in the government of prime minister Beata Szydo.
Morawiecki had a long corporate career before being appointed to a political position.
