Stalin Rallies DMK Leaders, Aims for 200-Seat Victory in 2026 Elections
Chief Minister and DMK chief M.K. Stalin aims for a big win in the upcoming assembly elections. He sets the target of 200 seats. He encouraged the party’s election in charge for all assembly constituencies to roll up their sleeves and work hard to replicate the success seen in the recent Lok Sabha polls.
During a meeting at Arivalayam on Monday Stalin expressed confidence in achieving a significant victory in the 2026 assembly elections. He said, “Millions of people have benefited from the Dravidian Model government. They are our strongest supporters”.

Stalin gathered the election in charge at the party headquarters to discuss preparations for the upcoming elections. “We’re here to get ready for the assembly polls. We’re going to win, and I have no doubt about it. But we should aim for a complete victory. Our target is 200 seats, so you need to start working from today,” he urged.
He welcomed the newly appointed election in charges and encouraged them to think creatively. He also said, “If we want to be known as ‘the winners,’ we must work hard and stay active.”
