Criminal Justice Season 4: Release Date, OTT Platform, New Cast, Plot And More
The courtroom is now in session as Criminal Justice A Family Matter is now streaming on JioHotstar. Pankaj Tripathi is back as the beloved character, lawyer Madhav Mishra, and this time it is going to get bigger, more emotional and more personal.
In this season Madhav Mishra has matured as a confident and respectable lawyer. The ripped slippers and borrowed briefcase are gone, but to never let fame change him as a humble person with a sharp mind. He is still fighting for the truth no matter what.
This time around the story centres around a complex murder case. Dr. Raj Nagpal (Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub) was found at the scene of the death of a nurse, but, just as nothing is as it seems, nothing is as simple as it appears to be either. The nurse, Rohini (Asha Negi), is alleged to have been having an affair with Dr. Raj and soon into the mayhem becomes his wife Anju (Surveen Chawla). What starts out as a very clear-cut case soon starts to twist and turn because of betrayal, secrets and irreversible emotional turmoil.

The show has an upgrade in the courtroom with the addition of a strong supporting cast. Mita Vashisht walks in as a high-powered corporate lawyer with her own agenda. Shweta Basu Prasad plays a sharp public prosecutor, while Madhav’s wife, Ratna (Khushboo Atre), infuses warmth and understated humour amidst the serious undertones of the story. As always for Criminal Justice, the show won’t allow the world to be black and white. Each character has flaws, each truth has layers, and each motive has a twist. Just when you believe you can figure out who is right and who is wrong, the story flips and tells you to think again.
