Spotify To Launch High Fidelity (HiFi) Streaming Platinum Plan
After a small incident with a Spotify user, people are predicting that Spotify may launch a new Fidelity (HiFi) Streaming Platinum Plan very soon.
Early last year, Spotify said that “music in CD-quality, lossless audio format” would soon be supported in its app. We have yet to receive it, despite the fact that it has been well for more than a year.

A recent source indicates that the function would be arriving shortly as part of a new “Platinum” tier subscription, despite the fact that it nearly appeared as though the streaming music service had reviewed the addition.
Drew, a reader of 9to5Mac, revealed some information on a survey he had taken after canceling Spotify Premium for Apple Music after 10 years of use.

The survey questioned if I would return “in the next 30 days” for one of these features and provided information on Spotify’s planned subscription tiers.
A few screenshots illustrating all the advantages of the Platinum tier were also included in the information. Subscribers have access to the features listed below in addition to the essential features of the Individual plan.
- HiFi
- Studio Sound
- Headphone Tuner
- Audio Insights
- Library Pro
- Playlist Pro
- Limited-ad Spotify podcasts
It costs $19.99 a month per account to utilize this in the US. If it seems a bit excessively expensive, take comfort in the fact that the plan will likely be considerably less expensive when it is offered in India, just like the Individual plan is.

Given that the price is double that of the standard plan, it will be too much to expect, especially in light of the fact that Apple Music already offers Hi-Fi audio at a significantly lower price.
The screenshots are likely real because Spotify’s branding is consistent with the typography and overall style. Before we are certain, we must wait for additional formal confirmation.
