Sora AI is Redefining Creativity with Text to Video Magic!
OpenAI, the San Francisco based company that built ChatGPT under Sam Altman’s leadership introduces its eagerly awaited Sora Turbo on the third day of its Shipmass.
It is the advanced version of OpenAI’s text to video artificial intelligence (AI) model, Sora is called Sora Turbo. The first preview of Sora took place in February. Users can now easily produce beautiful movies with Sora Turbo which is accessed through sora.com and incorporated into ChatGPT Plus and Pro plans.
A mass audience can now enjoy Sora Turbo with no additional fees for current Plus and Pro users and subscribers can produce videos up to 20 seconds in length and in resolutions up to 1080p with customizable formats like widescreen, vertical and square.
What features can you expect from the Sora upgrade?
All the features mentioned below can be done with the input text itself. A new Remix option has also been introduced in Sora. You can use this tool to change, swap out or recreate any part of your clips. You can also include any additional elements in your film.
Furthermore you receive the Loop, Re-cut and Storyboard abilities. You can identify and select the best frames by using the Re-cut option. To finish a scenario you can also expand them in any way you want.
The Storyboard allows you to organize and edit special video segments on your own timeline. You can also produce clips that repeat smoothly by using the Loop option just like GIFs.
Preset option enables users to develop and share styles to spark creativity and Blend merges two videos into a single like a seamless clip. A continuously updated stream of works from the Sora community is also shown in the Featured and Recent feeds.
Sora Turbo Plans:
To use Sora Turbo users must have a Plus or Pro account with ChatGPT. Please be aware that OpenAI Plus costs $20, about 1,700 INR every month. The monthly fee for the Pro edition is $200 or around 17,000 INR per month. The AI tool is free of charge and included in both of these programs. Longer durations, higher resolutions and 10 times faster usages are all included in the Pro Plan.
According to OpenAI customized pricing for different user types will be made accessible early in the upcoming year. Sora Turbo is not yet available in the EU, UK or Switzerland but it is being implemented in all areas that ChatGPT currently serves. Notably ChatGPT Team, Enterprise and Edu do not come with it and those below the age limit of 18 aren’t eligible for it as well.
