REET 2025 Exam Day Rules: Dress Code, Prohibited Items & New Updates
The Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test which is known as REET is scheduled to take place on February 27 and 28, 2025. Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education has released important guidelines, including the dress code for candidates appearing for the exam.

Board administrator Mahesh Chandra Sharma has stated that strict security measures, including face recognition technology and fingerprint verification, will be implemented to ensure transparency and prevent malpractices. Additionally, CCTV surveillance will be used across all examination centers.

Permitted Attire
| Category | Allowed Clothing & Footwear |
| Men | Half-sleeve or full-sleeve shirt, T-shirt with pants, simple trousers. Only slippers or sandals are allowed. |
| Women | Salwar-suit, saree, full-sleeve or half-sleeve kurta. Only slippers or sandals are allowed. |
Restricted Items
Candidates must not wear or carry any of the following items inside the exam center:

Any candidate found violating the dress code may be denied entry to the examination hall. Check the guidelines, read properly the guideline to avoid any last minutes stress.

This year over 14 lakh candidates have registered for the REET 2025 examination. The exam will be conducted across 1,731 examination centers in 41 districts of Rajasthan.
