The First Promo of Ramayana Coming Today: Cast, Budget, When & Where to Watch
The first official glimpse of Ramayana, one of Bollywood’s biggest mythological epic is set to come out today, July 3, at 11:30 AM. The film is being directed by Nitesh Tiwari and stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi as Sita, and Yash as Ravana. The launch of the grand teaser will take place in nine major Indian cities at the same time.
Where the Promo will be Available
The teaser will be launched at cinemas in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Kochi, and at the iconic Prasads Multiplex in Hyderabad. Due to international travel, the primary cast may not be present, however, cinema audiences will be able to watch the glimpse for the first time, and it will be available on social media shortly after it screens in cinemas.

Grand Budget and Release Plan
Ramayana has an estimated budget of ₹835 crore, which means it has already surpassed some big-budgets participants like Kalki 2898 AD and RRR. Ramayana is being slated for two-part release, with Part 1 coming Diwali 2026 and Part 2 coming Diwali 2027.
Star-Studded Cast
Other than Ranbir and Sai, the cast features Ravi Dubey as Lakshman, Sunny Deol as Hanuman, Kajal Aggarwal as Mandodari, and Lara Dutta as Kaikeyi. The visual effects are with DNEG, the Academy Award-winning studio for visual effects. They are promising a visual spectacle like never before.
