The Court acknowledged the seriousness of the allegations, it decided not to pause the counseling process, accenting the need to maintain the sanctity of the examination while allowing students to continue with their admissions. The Court issued a notice to the NTA, demanding answers and transparency regarding the alleged paper leaks. “It’s not so simple that because you have done it, it’s sacrosanct. We need answers for that… The sanctity has been affected.” Justice Amanullah remarked.
