Mumbai Police Arrests Who Threats To Blast Mumbai
Mumbai Police had received a threat on 22nd May (around 11 am) on Twitter, who had written a threatening message on Twitter that he’s going to blast Mumbai very soon.
Mumbai Police received a threatening message on May 22, on Twitter stating, “I am gonna blast Mumbai very soon.”
The police immediately initiated an investigation into the matter and identified the individual behind the threatening account. The person has been taken into custody for further interrogation.
The Mumbai Police confirmed the receipt of the threat and informed the public that they were actively investigating the concerned Twitter account.
They assured the public that the matter was being taken seriously and that further investigations were underway.
Later, the Mumbai Police provided an update stating that the person responsible for the threat had been identified and taken into custody for interrogation.
The police did not disclose the identity of the individual or provide additional details about the ongoing investigation.
In another case, the Mumbai Police received another suspicious call from an unidentified person claiming to have multiple information about the 26/11 Mumbai attacks.
The caller stated that he was receiving calls with details about the attack and identified himself as a resident of Rajasthan.
However, the caller disconnected the call, and his phone has been switched off since then. The police are actively investigating this incident as well.
It is important to note that such threats and suspicious calls are taken very seriously by the Mumbai Police, given the city’s history of security concerns and terror attacks.
