Jasprit Bumrah Stars as India Defeats Australia by 295 Runs in Border-Gavaskar Opener
India defeated Australia by a big difference of 295 runs in the first Test of their series of Border-Gavaskar Trophy. The match was held at Perth Optus Stadium. India posted scores of 150 and 487/6 declared, while Australia managed only 104 and 238 in their two innings.
Indian magic bowler Jasprit Bumrah was the captain of the series. He showed a big game during the series of also secured the player of the Match title. He had taken 8 wickets in the match.This win marks one of India’s biggest Test victories against Australia in terms of runs.
Before this loss, Australia had won all four of their Test matches in Perth against India, New Zealand, the West Indies, and Pakistan.
