The main stars of the program are the Singaporean-owned TeLEOS-2 primary satellite and Lumelite-4 secondary satellite.

LUMELITE-4 is a 12U satellite that was jointly built by the National University of Singapore’s Satellite Technology and Research Centre and A*STAR’s Institute for Infocomm Research.
It is outfitted with the High-Performance Space-borne VHF Data Exchange System (VDES).
This technological marvel intends to increase the maritime safety of Singapore’s e-navigation system and assist the world shipping industry.
The PS4 stage of the launch vehicle will be converted into an orbital platform for scientific research as part of the PSLV Orbital Experimental Module (POEM-2).
