India will host the 12th Asia-Pacific Regional 3R and Circular Economy Forum in Jaipur
Preparations have already begun to unroll for the green event in Jaipur planned for March 3-5: this is the 12th Asia-Pacific 3R and Circular Economy Forum to be hosted in India. You may thus perceive it as a global brainstorming platform for managing to augment resources towards a more reflective “circular economy”.
What Does This Mean by Circular Economy?
It is paradoxical that instead of the old “take-make-dispose” model, a circular economy is to reduce waste, reuse what can be reused, and recycle anything else. It also helps to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and be carbon neutral. It is about closing the loop and minimizing our impact on the planet.
