Dhurandhar Teaser Dropped, Release Date Coming Soon

Ranveer Singh’s action drama Dhurandhar has just dropped its first teaser and it is already generating quite a buzz online. Released on July 6  on the actor’s birthday, the teaser offers a dark, intense preview of what is to come. Fans took to X, praising the teaser as “whistle-worthy” and “goosebumps stuff.” Ranveer’s new avatar looks fearsome and intimidating, to say the least, and has already set the bar for the film.

A True Story and a Power-Packed Cast

Dhurandhar, directed by Aditya Dhar, was produced by Jio Studios and is thought to be based on real events from the childhood of India’s National Security Advisor Ajit Doval. The supporting cast includes Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, and Madhavan, ensuring an amusement-filled experience.

Big Box Office Clash in December

A source close to the project said that the makers are locked into the announced release date of December 5, 2025. Assuming it is confirmed Dhurandhar is going to go head-to-head with powerful competition at the box office. On the same date, Prabhas’ horror-comedy The Raja Saab and a Vishal Bhardwaj-directed film starring Shahid Kapoor, are also set to be released. Interestingly, Sanjay Dutt is involved in Dhurandhar as well as The Raja Saab, which makes it even more exciting. All three films belong to different genre categories and could easily have their audiences. The teaser was released as a birthday gift for Ranveer and it thrilled his fans. With a page-turning storyline, star cast, and patriotic flavor, Dhurandhar is shaping up to be one of this year’s must-see movies.
