BJP Registered Complaint Against the Assault in Parliament by Congress MP Rahul Gandhi
A huge disruption and scuffle occurred between the MPs of BJP and Congress when the opposition leaders walked out of the two houses and protested against the Union Home Minister by holding the framed picture of Ambedkar. They insisted the HM to apologise for his comments in Rajya Sabha. The altercation between the two parties took place at Gate 1 of the Parliament which led to a scuffle which resulted in injuries for two BJP MPs Pratap Chandra Sarangi and Mukesh Rajput.
Sources reveal that these two MPs have been admitted in Ram Manohar Lohia hospital in Delhi and Sarangi had undergone a deep head wound with stitches.

Post this tragic incident BJP leaders and its allied party members questioned the fierce act of Rahul Gandhi who initially pushed the Two BJP MPs. The former Minister of Sports alleged Rahul Gandhi by pointing out their party’s policy which states that they follow the principle of Gandhi’s non-violence.
After the few hours of this incident, BJP MPs including Anurag Singh Thakur, Bansuri Swaraj, Hemang Joshi and the fellow MPs of their party filed a complaint against the Congress MP Rahul Gandhi for the Assault in Parliament and an FIR has been filed under the Sections 109,115,117,125,131 and 351 at the Parliament Street Police Station.
