Ajay Devgn and chef Vikas Khanna praise Sonu Sood for helping migrants during lockdown
Twitter is overwhelmed with praises for the Bollywood star Sonu Sood as he earned a ton of adoration via social media for arranging buses and food for stranded migrant workers during the Covid-19 lockdown. Sood’s Simmba co-star Ajay Devgn, celebrity chef Vikas Khanna, Union minister Smriti Irani, and cricketer Shikhar Dhawan and numerous Bollywood celebs applauded Sood for his humanitarian work on Twitter and Instagram.
Quoting Actor Ajay Devgn as shared a pic on Instagram and expressed, “The sensitive nature of the work that you are doing by sending migrant workers back to their homes safely is exemplary, More strength to you, Sonu @SonuSood #IndiaFightsCorona #StayHomeStaySafe.” And Sonu Sood replied, Words from you give me more power and encourages me to work harder, NDTV reports.
The government of India is doing their bit but the effort made by the Dabangg actor Sonu Sood at present is inspiring fans on social media.
The Bollywood star is not only inspiring fans but celebrity chef Vikas Khanna too as he was unable to stop himself from commending Sood for his good gesture, so he decided to prepare a surprise for him. Vikas made a dish and named it after Sonu Sood’s home town, Moga, in Punjab, to express gratitude toward him for helping poor stranded workers in these troubled times.
The culinary expert tweeted, “[email protected] consistently you are motivating us. I can’t cook for you right now in appreciation of your work, but I am sending you a dish I’m going to name “MOGA” after your birthplace. #Respect#RealHero.”
Recently, Vikas Khanna also contributed by organizing Eid feast in Mumbai to feed about 1.75 lakh people in the city that has been most exceedingly struck by the coronavirus pandemic and nationwide lockdown in India.
