After 28 million views , YouTube Removed Chahat Fateh Ali Khan’s ‘Bado Badi’ Song and Netzines Reactions
Pakistani Singer Chahat Fateh Ali Khan’s recent hit track Bado Badi was pulled down by YouTube.
Chahat Fateh Ali Khan is no way related to Rahat Fateh Ali Khan or Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and is only a lookalike of the two. His original name is Kashif Rana and currently drives a minicab in London.
Reason of Bado Badi being Taken Down
The reason given by YouTube to delete the song from its streaming list has been that the song has infringed the copyright of another Singer. It is reportedly being proved that iconic Pakistani Artist Noor Jahan originally sung that song in a movie named Benarasi Thug in 1973.
Since its release in the month of April, 2024, Bado Badi by Chahat Fateh Ali Khan became quite popular in South Asian Countries India, Pakistan and Bangladesh before being taken down by the streaming platform.

Songlist of Chahat Fateh Ali Khan
Chahat Fateh Ali Khan rose to fame through the songs Pyara PSL, Lota Lota, Gol Kattara, and Tu Chor Chor Chor after he altered the lyrics of popular songs and kept repetitive beats. By doing this he got quite a range of divided opinions. While some disliked the songs others were seen dancing and making reels after grooving to the songs lyrics.

Cringe Songs in Bollywood
Bollywood has also been up in the trend of producing songs that make us wonder what happened to the lyricists when they were writing and composing the songs. From Badshaah’s Genda Phool, to Sajid Wajid’s Fevicol Se there are actually more cringe songs in Bollywood’s commercial films than other film industries in the country and yet that has been quite well accepted by the audience. The reason behind this is not yet understandable but here goes our list.
- Genda Phool by Badshah:
- Vroom vroom by Badshah:
- Po Po by Shabbir Ahmed from Son of Sardar:
- Ice Cream Khaungi by Shabbir Ahmed from The Xpose:
- Aa Re Pritam Pyaare; sung by Sameer Anjaan from Rowdy Rathore
- Fevicol Se; sung by Ashraf Ali and music direction is given by Sajid Wajid from Dabang 2:
