Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 – Venues and Important Match Dates Revealed

England is all set to host the Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 tournament with the historic Lord’s Stadium locked in for the epic Final of the tournament marked on 5 July 2026. Cricket fans were announced of this during an event at the Lord’s Cricket Stadium on 1 May.
The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup games will commence from 12 June 2026 with a total of 33 games. Different venues across England are set to host different games – Edgbaston, Hampshire Bowl, Headingley, Old Trafford Cricket Ground, The Oval and Bristol County Ground and ending at Lord’s for the Final Game where the top team will lift the prestigious World Cup, the venue for the Women’s World Cup final in 2017.
With 12 teams representing countries around the world, this upcoming year has expanded the pool count which will be divided as Group A and Group B, six in each till the knockout stage.
The T20 World Cup 2026 has got the heat high for competition with 8 teams already qualified with a spot – New Zealand, India, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, West Indies and the Hosts England. The rest of the four slots will be competed through the qualifier matches scheduled in the second half of 2025.
