Why did Tripti Dimri Leave the Successful B-Town Franchise Movie ‘Aashiqui 3’? : Sources Reveal
Both ‘Aashiqui and Aashiqui 2’ were a blockbuster hit commercially and critically. One of the preeminent factors of this franchise movie is the alluring and timeless musical feast which resonates with the audiences’ mood of all ages every time. The hype reached sky-high when the movie team announced that there will be another movie coming this year under this franchise starring the Bhool Bhulaiya fame Kartik Aaryan and Tripti Dimri as the leads.
Fans are disappointed and shocked to hear that actress Tripti left the movie ‘Aashiqui 3’ and the project has been postponed without the mention of the official dates. It is reported on many trustworthy sources like Hindustan Times, NDTV that a source has revealed the reason behind her departure from the movie,
“Tripti was excited to headline the romance, but that’s not going to happen now. Aashiqui 3 is undergoing a (title) related dispute. So, it has been postponed indefinitely”
Many other reasons have been thrown on the social media that the movie team were not satisfied with the look test of Tripti Dimri as they require a ‘innocence reflecting through’. On the other side it is reported as she has left the project voluntarily due to the delay in shooting.
“Aashiqui is a legendary, soulful love story and the makers do not see Tripti fitting the parameters” added the source.
The cast change and shuffling are part of the filmmaking until it gets officially completed with all their schedules, pre & post production works.
