Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video Outperforms Jigra at Box Office, Crosses ₹18.5 Crore in India
The film, Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa hit the Indian box office on October 11, 2019. Featuring Rajkummar Rao and Triptii Dimri the movie has done better business than Alia Bhatt starrer ‘Jigra’ that released on the same day. In the first three days, the film has reportedly grossed more than ₹18.5 crore.
Box Office Performance
“Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video” debuted at ₹5.5 crore and went upward, with ₹6.9 crore being collected on the second day. The film’s tempo carried on to the third day, and estimates pegged the total takings at ₹ 6.25 crore. This takes the overall India box office tally to ₹18.65 crore.
It kept the Hindi occupancy at a healthy 21.08% on Sunday which shows that the interest of the public was still intact. It has not beaten ‘Stree 2’ which was Rajkummar’s last release or ‘Bad Newz’ that starred Triptii, but it has crossed ‘Jigra’ which has collected ₹16.75 crore in three days.

Plot and Cast
The film based on Rishikesh, is the funny love story of Vicky (Rajkummar Rao) and Vidya (Triptii Dimri) for a missing ‘suhagraat CD’. The couple Chanda Rani, and the family put in a lot of effort in the search process including the police and graveyards at night.
The movie features the star cast of Vijay Raaz, Mast Ali, and Archana Puran Singh. Released under the banners of T-Series Films, Balaji Motion Pictures, Wakaoo Films, and Kathavachak Films, Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video is yet another comedy Family oriented video that has been well received by the Indian audience.
