On Friday, December 2, 2022, the final day of subscription, the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of engineering systems and solutions supplier Uniparts India received 25,32 times as many subscriptions.
Against the 1,01,37,360 shares that were on sale, the issuance received bids for 25,66,29,175 shares, according to NSE statistics.
The category designated for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) received 67.14 times the number of subscriptions as opposed to 17.86 times for non-institutional investors and 4.61 times for retail individual investors (RIIs).
According to market watchers, shares of Uniparts India are currently trading on the black market for a premium (GMP) of 72.
On Monday, December 12, 2022, the company’s shares are anticipated to list on the BSE and NSE stock markets.
The finalization of the share allocation basis is scheduled to occur next week on Wednesday, December 7, 2022. Issue registrar is Link Intime India Private Ltd.
The Uniparts India IPO offered up to 1,44,81,942 equity shares at a price per share of between $548 and $577. The anchor investors contributed 251 crores, according to Uniparts India.

The company chose to distribute 43.44 lakh equity shares to anchor investors for a total transaction value of 251 crore, or 577 per share.
Among the anchor investors are Nomura, Morgan Stanley, BNP Paribas, Aditya Birla Sun Life MF, Invesco MF, Mahindra MF, Carnelian Capital, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company, and Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company.
