FIR has been filed by the Marathahalli Police Station which is located in Bengaluru against four people, who are wife Nikita Singhania and in-laws of the late Atul Subhash who died of suicide on Monday. Atul’s Brother Complaints Reinforces the FIR
Atul’s Brother Bikas alleged Nikita Singhania and her family members were the reason behind the heartbreaking decision taken by his brother. The indictment stated that Atul Subhash and Nikita Singhania got married in 2019 and they were blessed with a child, who is now four years old. Due to many contrasts and arguments the couple got divorced. But, Atul has been scourged by Nikita and her family by forcing him to pay 3 crores to settle the false cases which are filed by Nikita against him. Adding on to that, she had demanded 30 lakhs to meet his son. Atul dealt with the toxic maltreatment by his wife and in-laws both physically and mentally.
“My brother gave his life while he was fighting against the system. Every time he attended the court hearing, he was mocked by his in-laws and told to die if he could not pay the money or pay for the visitation rights.” – Atul’s brother.

Atul Subhash’s Viral Suicide Note
The 34-year old engineer who hails from Uttar Pradesh lived in the city of tech, Bengaluru. He was found hanging in his house at Munnekolalu in Marathahalli on Monday. It shook the nation after his suicidal notes and video got viral on all the social media pages. Many commenced to question the legal system and humanity with the hashtags supporting Atul for justice.
“It is better for me to end my life as the money that I am earning is only making my enemies stronger as I have to pay them, the same money will be used to destroy. This cycle will keep continuing. WIth my own money that I pay as taxes, the courts, and the police system will harass both me and my family members along with other people. The supply of the value should be cut.” – Atul in a video before his suicide.
All these backlashes against Nikita Singhania on the social media especially on X led the leading tech company Accenture to lock the profile of Nikita Singhania. Many men has been tweeting in support of Atul by posing with the pluck cards written “Family not feminists”, “Save Indian Men”, “Make Laws Gender Neutral”.
