A truck dragged a lady to death for 12km on 1st January in Delhi. Similar murder happened again with a Swiggy delivery boy as well as a lady clerk.
In another horrifying accident cum murder, a Swiggy delivery person was killed in Noida after being hit by a speeding car and dragged for around 500 meters.
Total 3 Hit & Drag Murders Within A Week
The hit-and-run and drag case in Delhi was being investigated when the delivery boy and university clerk died unexpectedly. During the early hours of January 1, a 20-year-old woman and her friend were riding a scooter back to their house when the horrific tragedy happened.
1st Hit & Drag Case In Kanjhawala
Anjali Singh, a lady, was killed in Delhi’s Kanjhawala region after a car struck her scooter and dragged it for 12 kilometers.
Few kilometers distant from the scene, her naked body was discovered. The police have detained all five accused, and their investigation continues. She was the sole bread earner of her family.
2nd Hit & Drag Case In Banda (UP)
A truck attacked a woman who was riding a scooter and carried her body for three kilometers. The horrifying occurrence happened in the Uttar Pradesh village of Mawai Buzurg in the Banda district.
Initial accounts state that as soon as the woman’s corpse became trapped in the chassis, the truck began to fire. Even the victim’s scooter was reduced to ashes by the fire.

Pushpa, the victim, was a university clerk by profession. The incident occurred while she was out purchasing household goods.
According to reports, the truck dragged the woman for more than 3 kilometers after the collision. Many spectators attempted to stop the truck, but the driver sped away.
3rd Hit & Drag Case In NOIDA
Kaushal, a Swiggy employee who delivered meals, was killed as a result of the hit-and-run accident that happened on Sunday, January 1.
On New Year’s Eve, a car struck his two-wheeler in Noida Sector 14 while he was en route to bring meals to a customer.
According to a police official, a case has been opened and is being investigated as a result of a complaint made by the victim’s brother.
He continued, “We are searching the CCTVs set up in the neighborhood to find the culprit.”
