Saudi Prince Turki Al Faisal has made some strong statements about the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict. He said that there are “no heroes in this conflict, only victims.” He criticized both Hamas and Israel for their actions.
Talking about Hamas, he mentioned that their acts go against Islamic teachings, which say not to harm civilians. On the other hand, he accused Israel of bombing innocent people in Gaza and arresting men, women, and children in the West Bank without reason.
The Saudi Prince also had strong words for the United States and its media. He questioned their use of the term “unprovoked attack,” pointing out that Israel has been treating Palestinians unfairly for many years. He feels the U.S. media is biased in this matter.
Turki Al Faisal called out Western politicians for being unfair. He said they cry when Israelis are killed but don’t express the same sorrow when Palestinians are killed. He firmly believes that all people under military occupation have the right to fight back.
The prince suggested that Palestine could learn from India’s freedom movement. He prefers civil resistance and disobedience, like how India fought against the British, as a better path to address such issues.
The world is witnessing conflicts & wars between Israel and the Palestine-based group, Hamas. Several Western countries are supporting Israel, as they too have suffered from attacks by the terrorist group Hamas.
On the other hand, several Middle Eastern countries are backing Hamas, which has a clear goal of destroying Israel and turning it into a Muslim country.
The comparison with India’s fight for independence is inappropriate, as the circumstances are entirely different. The fight against foreign invaders in India and the resistance against terrorists within one’s own region should not be equated.

For the past several years, Hamas has massacred thousands of Israelis through various attacks and killings. Now, Israel is taking revenge by targeting Hamas’ locations and militants.
Amidst this, many civilians have been suffering and becoming victims for the past decade. Now, some Middle East countries are asking Palestine to resist both Israel and Hamas.
It would have been better if Palestine had taken such actions earlier, when Hamas terrorists were spreading terror in several countries, including Israel.
