Reliance Jio To Launch Affordable JioBook Laptop with 4G Connectivity
Reliance Jio, led by Mukesh Ambani, is set to launch a new 4G-enabled laptop called JioBook. The laptop is expected to be affordable and targeted towards students.
It was previously showcased at the India Mobile Congress and listed on the Government e-Marketplace for government officials.
The new JioBook will be available to the general public through Amazon and Reliance Digital Stores. The laptop has a plastic body with the ‘Jio’ logo and weighs only 990 grams.
It is expected to be faster than the previous model and runs on the JioOS operating system. The JioBook features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor, 2GB RAM, 32GB storage, and a HD webcam.
