The Secunderabad-Tirupati Vande Bharat Express is flagged off by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday. The fastest train in the nation can travel up to 160 kilometers per hour.
The Indian Railways designed its own semi-high-speed train, the Vande Bharat Express. It has top-notch features and conveniences like automated doors, WiFi onboard, and GPS-based passenger information systems.
One of the busiest routes in southern India is between Secunderabad Railway Station and Tirupati Railway Station , and the Vande Bharat Express is anticipated to dramatically shorten travel times between the two cities.
Instead of the current journey time of about nine hours, the train will complete the route in about six hours.
At 6:40 am, the train will leave Secunderabad Railway Station and arrive in Tirupati Railway Station at 12:25 pm. The train will depart Tirupati Railway Station at 2:30 pm for Secunderabad Railway Station at 8:15 pm on the return trip.
The Vande Bharat Express is now running on the Secunderabad-Tirupati route as well as the New Delhi-Varanasi and New Delhi-Katra lines. In the upcoming years, the Indian Railways intends to expand the number of Vande Bharat Express trains operating on various routes around the nation.
The Vande Bharat Express is a part of the Indian government’s initiatives to modernize and enhance the nation’s rail network. The creation of high-speed rail lines and the purchase of modern equipment have received significant funding from the government.
Since its debut, the Vande Bharat Express has been favorably greeted by travelers, and it is anticipated to offer a convenient and effective mode of transportation for individuals traveling between Secunderabad and Tirupati.
