Orry Drops 23 Kilos with Strict Zero-Sugar Diet: Shares Insights on “Dumb Biryani”
Very popular youth figure, internat sensation Orry is in news because of his dramatical weight loss of 23 kgs. He revealed in the show of Arhaan Khan’s podcast, Dumb Biryani. Orry said in the show that his wight is around 50 kg. He also thanked his strict zero-sugar diet.
He also talked about the disciplined eating habits that drove his transformation.
Arhaan Khan asked Orry in the show, what kind of food did you intake during your transformation period? Orry replied, “Typical Indian Household.”
Orry also talked about his strict diet. He said, he usually starts his day with an egg white omelet and often skips other meals. Sometimes, he has dinner depending on what’s available. Orry mentioned that he follows a zero-sugar diet, which helped him lose about 23 kilos. Right now, he weighs around 50-51 kilos, but his goal is to reach 47 kilos.
