Neetu Kapoor recalls hardships during her love story with her husband Rishi Kapoor

Neetu Kapoor shared a clip of her late husband and actor Rishi Kapoor on Tuesday on her Instagram handle. In the video, Neetu, as well as Rishi Kapoor, were found to be talking about their relationship and also shared the times when they had broken up during the shoot of the song Jeevan Ke Har Mod Pe from their film Jhootha Hi Sahi.
The actor has shared similar instances during her guest appearance in a music reality show called Indian Idol season 12. The actor made several revelations during her appearance as she talked about anecdotes of her love life with the veteran late actor.
She talked about people who idolise their relationship and think that everything was smooth with them being together saying that not everything was smooth. She then went onto say that during a movie they were working on, the two had broken up. She said that during the song, we were dancing and romancing but in reality, they had already broken up.
“I used to cry in the make-up room. “I was being injected but as soon as the shot was ready, we were back on the sets as if nothing happened,” she added.
As she shared the story on Instagram, she wrote that whatever she said on the stage of the reality show was earlier told by Rishi Kapoor also, on a different occasion. “The same story narrated by both of us on different occasions,” she captioned her clip.
The clip that the Kabhi Kabhi actor shared revealed Rishi Kapoor to be talking about the incident. The late actor said that the shoot for the song went on for four days and all those days, the two actors refused to talk to each other but if people saw them on screen, they will believe that they were so much in love with each other.

On the show, Kapoor also revealed that even during the shoot of Parda hai Parda from Amar Akbar Anthony, they were not on speaking terms. At the end of the song, Neetu has to give Rishi a rose but all she wanted was to him instead with a rose.
Rishi Kapoor died last year in April after battling two years of cancer. Neetu and Rishi married in 1990 and have two children– actor Ranbir Kapoor and jewelry designer Riddhima Kapoor Sahni. After a long year of wait, fans will be watching Neetu Kapoor back in action on the silver screen with Jug Jugg Jeeyo alongside Varun Dhawan, Anil Kapoor, Kiara Advani, Prajakta Koli, and Manish Paul.
