1). Sushma Swaraj
Now Union Minister for External Affairs, she has been considered one of the most wise and calm leaders in India. She has been seven times Member of Parliament and three times Member of the Legislative Assembly. She is a BJP leader.
2). Sheila Dikshit
She was the Chief Minister of Delhi from 1998 to 2013. She remains a senior member of the Congress party. Dikshit has led the national party to three consecutive electoral triumphs in the capital. She became the governor of Kerala on 11 March 2014, however, she resigned from the post on 25 August 2014.
3). Mamata Banerjee
She is the first woman CM in West Bengal and continues to hold the position. She was also the first woman railway minister of the country. In 1997, she launched Trinamool Congress, an anti-leftist party, to consolidate her position in West Bengal.
