Milind Soman pens down his Covid-19 experience says he did not have flu for the last 25 years
Milind Soman is known for his ever-youthful energy and fitness. He has been an inspiration for people over the years. The Covid-19 pandemic took everyone by storm and Milind Soman was no exception to that.
Soman on Wednesday penned down his experience battling flu-like symptoms during the ongoing pandemic. Like many, Soman also tested positive for coronavirus but is not free from the infection. He went for a run after he recovered and also completed his regular quarantine. The video for the same was shared on his Instagram profile.
In the video, he wrote that he did not have any flu like symptoms for the last 25 years. This was one of the main reasons why the model had some unusual feelings. He explained that the mild fever and tiredness during covid felt very unusual for him.
“Ran a comfortable, easy pace 5km in around 40min and it felt amazing ! Such a relief to be on the road again,” he started to share his experience. He also wrote that he is cautious after hearing about post covid and long covid and hence will continue to take it easy for a while and will also continue to test every ten days for lung function and blood clots.

He added that he agrees that coronavirus is a huge thing right now and since he did not experience the flu for so many years, it was especially strange for him. He urged his followers saying that we all must be extremely careful and he is sure that everyone is taking it seriously.
Along with the description, the actor also shared some of the pictures of him during the quarantine practice. He described his state of mind and body daily through his posts while also adding details like pulse and heart rate.
