Finally the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar has finished with lots of controversies. Argentina won the finals trophy by beating the French team.
Argentina has lifted the World Cup trophy by winning the Qatar World Cup 2022. It is the first time that a South American country has won this title in a long period of time.
Argentina won the World Cup for the first time in 1986 when it defeated Germany to win its second title in three tournaments.

In the 2022 FIFA World Cup, the second-highest goal scorer for La Albiceleste scored seven goals.
The Golden Ball was presented to the 35-year old for his outstanding performance at the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar.
Messi has scored 26 goals for Argentina at major international tournaments. He is the only person to have won the Golden Ball twice (2014 & 2022).
Golden Boot: Mbappe Beats Messi To Clinch
France’s six-goal thriller ended with a memorable comeback by Mbappe, who scored a match-saving goal for Les Bleus.
With his goal-scoring feat against Argentina, Mbappe was the star striker for the two-time World Champions.
Mbappe is second to score a hat trick in a World Cup final, after Geoff Hurst from England (1966 vs Germany). Mbappe, 23, scored 8 goals to become the tournament’s top scorer at the Qatar World Cup.
Golden Glove: Martinez Became Best Goalkeeper
Fernandez’s super-stopper Emiliano Martnez was named the tournament’s best goalkeeper.

Martinez, Aston Villa’s top goalkeeper, kept three clean sheets in seven matches for Argentina at the FIFA World Cup. In World Cup shootouts, Martinez saved three penalties for Argentina (1 in final).
Enzo Became Best Young Player
Enzo Fernandez, a Benfica and Argentina midfielder, won the Young Player of the Tournament award at the Qatar World Cup. The 21-year old scored his first goal for Argentina against Mexico in the group stage.
