Lava Blaze 5G To Receive Latest Upgrades, Lava Blaze NXT’s Launch
Indian smartphone brand Lava has announced that their latest model Lava Blaze 5G will receive quarterly software updates for 2 years & upgrade to Android 13.
In July, Lava launched the Lava Blaze, an Android smartphone with a glass back and a price of ₹8,699. The business later released a Pro model and a 5G version of it, and it is now hinting at the release of a next Blaze series smartphone, known as the Lava Blaze NXT.
The volume rocker and power button of the smartphone will be located on its left-side frame, according to a picture Lava provided on Twitter. Lava hasn’t yet disclosed the Blaze NXT’s specifications.
The Indian handset manufacturer also shared a brief video on Twitter showcasing user feedback, which suggests the Blaze NXT will be an improved variant of the original Blaze with more RAM and a faster processor.
The Helio A22 SoC and 3GB RAM of the Lava Blaze are ideal for individuals who only need a short update.
Mr. Tejinder Singh, Product Head, Lava International, stated in a recent interview with us that the business intends to release a new 4G handset with a MediaTek G series chip at the helm at a competitive pricing point.
Uncertainty exists around whether Mr. Singh was referencing the Lava Blaze NXT or another smartphone. In any event, in the days to come you can anticipate hearing more about the Blaze NXT.
The manufacturer has guaranteed that the smartphone would receive quarterly updates for the following two years, with an update to Android 13 being a given.
The initial cost of the Lava Blaze 5G, which comes in only one 4GB + 128GB configuration, is Rs 9,999.
According to Lava, the Blaze 5G is now the least expensive 5G smartphone available in India. The smartphone boasts a 6.51-inch HD+ display and runs Android 12 OS right out of the box.
“Blaze 5G will guarantee an upgrade to Android 13 and obtain quarterly software updates for two years.” Sunil Raina, president and director of business for Lava International Limited, tweeted.
The Lava Blaze 5G phone is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset and supports 8 bands, including the n77 and n78 bands, which are primarily utilized in India.
Additionally, the Lava Blaze 5G includes a sizable 5000mAh battery, which ought to support the smooth operation of 5G networks.
The Lava Blaze 5G has a triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary camera and 2 more sensors for optics. An 8-megapixel camera is on the front.
