Anaya Bangar the 23-year-old child of former Indian cricketer and coach Sanjay Bangar, has come out as a transwoman. He was formerly known as Aryan, recently he completed hormone replacement therapy and gender-affirming surgery to embrace her true identity. After the complete surgery he shared his experience by using multiple post on official Instagram account.
Anaya also shared her father’s love for cricket and talked about the challenges she faced in continuing her sports career as a transwoman. She wrote in a post as caption ‘It sucks being a trans athlete.’
In a recent Instagram reel, she opened up about her journey, saying, “Losing strength but gaining happiness. Body changing, dysphoria easing… still a long way to go, but each step feels more like me.”
In her post, Anaya highlighted the emotional and physical changes she has experienced over the past eleven months, including body changes, easing dysphoria, and finding happiness.
