Duleep Trophy 2025: Format, schedule, squad and more
The Board of Control for Cricket in India’s (BCCI) is going to kick off its domestic season from the 28th of this month. The highly anticipated Duleep Trophy is returning to the zonal format for the first time since the 2023-24 season.
The upcoming season of Duleep Trophy is going to feature six teams and is expected to be played at the Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru. You can find a number of prominent players, such as Shubman Gill, Dhruv Jurel and Shardul Thakur.
There are popular names like Shreyas Iyer, Ishan Kishan and Mohammed Shami returning into the mix. The finalists of the last zonal edition played in 2023 are going to directly play in the semifinals. The other teams shall play in the quarterfinal round.
