Coldplay is planning to perform at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Gujarat on January 25, 2025. Tickets for the concert are expected to be on sale starting Saturday at 12 pm IST. Similar to the earlier processes, there is going to be a virtual queue system.
Making the announcement on their official social media accounts, Coldplay noted that it is planning for its biggest-ever concert. The announcement has taken the internet by storm as fans unable to book tickets for concerts earlier can make use of the second chance.
Coldplay making a return to India after nine years
Coldplay is going to perform some of its iconic hits at the upcoming Gujarat concert in January. The audience can expect ‘The Scientist’, ‘Sky Full of Stars’, ‘Viva La Vida’ and ‘Paradise’. The band is coming to India after a nine-year hiatus.
Consisting of Chris Martin, Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman and Will Champion, Coldplay is returning after its last performance in 2016 at the Global Citizen Festival in Mumbai, Maharashtra. That performance made a spot in people’s hearts forever.
