Aliya Fakhri sister of B-Town Star Nargis Fakhri alleged and arrested for murder
43 year old, Aliya Fakhri sister of Bollywood actress Nargis Fakhri has been alleged and arrested for involving in four counts of first-degree murder (killing someone which involves premeditation intentionally/deliberately with extreme cruelty) and four counts of second-degree murder (killing someone which doesn’t involve premeditation which leads to the death due to certain felonies) by the local law enforcement in Queens district, New York on November 2, 2024.
What happened on November 2?
Based on the given reports after the investigation led by the New York Police Department that Aliya Fakhri had incinerated a garage by deliberately trapping two of them on November 2, 2024 around 6 pm in Queens, New York. In that incident, she murdered her ex-boyfriend Edward Jacobs and his friend Anastasia Ettienne. Soon after the incident she was arrested on November 2, 2024. The witnesses of this murder stated that she threatened them by saying “You’re all going to die today”.
On November 27, 2024 she was presented in the court with all the charges of murder. During the trial the District Attorney Melinda Katz has expressed condolences to the families of the victims and stated that,
“This defendant maliciously ended the lives of two people by setting a fire that trapped a man and a woman in a raging inferno. The victims tragically died from smoke inhalation and thermal injuries”
And the DA ordered to hold her in prison without bail till the next hearing which is likely to take place on December 9, 2024.
The indicted Aliya Fakhri hasn’t opened up or given any statements after this incident, but her mother has told to the New York Daily Times,
“I don’t think she would be killing someone. She was a person who was caring for everybody. She tried to help everybody”
