X sent Notices to the Congress and Other Opposition Leaders
Conflicts of opinion sprouted between the two leading political parties of India BJP and Congress after the Union Home minister Amit Shah speech in Rajya Sabha which stated,
“They (Congress) have distorted the comment I made in the Rajya Sabha. They made edited versions of Modiji’s speeches. I request media to put my full statement in front of the people… I come from a party which follows the ideals of Ambedkar. The Congress disrespected the Army and women, and even broke up the country and gave it to foreign powers.”

The President of Congress Party, Kharge during the press conference post the Shah’s speech registered his scathing criticism over Home Minister and PM Modi.
“If the PM has any respect for Babasaheb Ambedkar he should drop Shah from the cabinet… PM is defending him”

This incident ignited a wave of allegations among the oppositions and they insisted Home Minister Amit Shah to apologize for his statement in Rajya Sabha. Many Congress leaders condemned this incident by posting his clippings of speech on their X accounts along with captions that expressed their dissatisfaction.
On Wednesday, X sent notices to the leaders of Congress and other political parties for sharing the clips from the Council Of States. The notice from the Home Ministry’s Cyber Crime Coordination Center underpinned the violation of freedom of speech and expression by the opposition party leaders.
