Uttarakhand Gets ‘Most Film Friendly’ Award In 68th National Film Awards

Filmmakers are increasingly being attracted to The natural beauty of Uttrakhand. The state govt. is also going to establish a Film City in the state very soon.

The 68th National Film Awards’ Most Film Friendly (Special Mention) award has been given to Uttarakhand. Pushkar Singh Dhami, the state’s chief minister, congratulated the residents and added, “This is a great moment for all of us.”

The state’s film strategy is working well in terms of giving producers all the resources they need to produce movies, as it was designed to do. Uttarakhand has previously won the Film Friendly State Award more than once.

Uttarakhand’s Natural Beauty Attracts Filmmakers

The stunning landscapes of Uttarakhand, which are abundant in natural beauty, are drawing movie makers there. The state of Uttarakhand is increasingly popular with movie makers and filmmakers. 

Since so many movies have been made here, Uttarakhand is a popular choice for producers and directors. 

In addition to Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar also had some of his movie’s sequences filmed in Uttarakhand. Such undeveloped regions of Uttarakhand abound and are just as stunning as Switzerland. 

The state administration works tirelessly to promote Uttarakhand as a location for filming so that it may establish a distinct persona on the big screen as well.

New Film City In Uttarakhand

There is no shortage of talent in Uttarakhand; Film City will change the perception of the state. There are many such personalities who, through their talent, are forging a distinctive identity on the big screen. 

For this reason, the state government of Uttarakhand is likewise putting plans into motion to create a fantastic film city. It is anticipated that Dehradun would become a film city.
