The Famous Comedian Raju Srivastava Passes Away At 58

Raju Sriastav was admitted to AIIMS Delhi on 10th August due to heart attack during workout. His family confirmed that he passed away today at the age of 58.
The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi informed that comedian Raju Srivastava passed away there at the age of 58.
On August 10, he was taken to the hospital after falling during a gym workout and complaining of chest trouble.
At the AIIMS in Delhi, Raju Srivastava was receiving a life support system. After 15 days of ventilator support, Raju regained consciousness.
But he was put back on ventilator support on September 1 nevertheless, following a temperature of up to 100 degrees.
Raju Srivastava Death Rumors
When Raju Srivastava had a heart attack while exercising in a gym, he was brought into the AIIMS, New Delhi.
The 58-year-old actor felt nervous while exercising at a South Delhi gym and was sent to the hospital right afterwards.
There were various rumors that he would die after that, but they all turned out to be false. He has since been receiving treatments.
Raju Srivastava’s Family Confirmed His Death
Raju Srivastava was declared dead at 10.20 am today by the AIIMS Delhi hospital sources. His brother confirmed by expressing grief,
“I got a call from the family about half-an-hour ago saying he is no more. It is really unfortunate news. He was fighting in the hospital for over 40 days.”
Popularity of Raju Srivastava
Raju Srivastava, a well-known personality in the entertainment sector since the 1980s, shot to prominence in 2005 after taking part in the opening season of the reality stand-up comedy show “The Great Indian Laughter Challenge.”
Raju has appeared in several Hindi movies, including “Maine Pyar Kiya,” “Baazigar,” the “Bombay to Goa” adaptation, and “Aamdani Atthani Kharcha Rupaiya.”
Raju Srivastav was also the chairman of the Film Development Council of Uttar Pradesh.
