SSC CPO 2025

The SSC CPO 2025 exam cycle initially anticipates a total of Sub-Inspector posts in Delhi Police and CAPFs, the entire process starting from the notification on the 26th of September 2025 and culminating in Paper 1 from the 9th to the 12th of December 2025 with multiple shifts online across different regions. Slot booking is a necessary step that can be done 17th to 21st of November 2025 (up to 11 PM), and after this period, the admit cards will be made available four days before the exam date on the respective regional SSC portals. The selection will consist of Paper 1 (CBE), PST/PET, Paper 2 (CBE), and Detailed Medical Examination, a thorough assessment of cognitive, language, and physical standards will be ensured.

- Notification and applications: Notification on 26 September 2025; applications from 26 September to 16 October 2025 (11 PM); fee payment till 17 October 2025 (11 PM).
- Slot booking and admit card: Slot booking 17–21 November 2025 (till 11 PM); admit card 4 days before the exam.
- Paper 1: 9–12 December 2025; subsequent PST/PET and Paper 2 to be announced later.

Paper pattern
- Stages: Paper 1 (CBE) → PST/PET → Paper 2 (CBE) → DME.
- Paper 1: 4 sections—General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Knowledge & General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, English Comprehension; 50 questions each; 200 marks; 120 minutes; sectional timing 30 minutes per part this year.
- Paper 2: Objective English Comprehension; conducted online; details as per SSC syllabus notice.
