Indian Forces In Full Action In Kashmir, Ahead Of G20 Summit
Indian Forces, including NSG Commandos & Kashmir Police are fully alert ahead of the G20 summit. They warned citizens against spreading anti-national messages.
The Kashmir Police have issued a warning to the public regarding suspicious international mobile numbers spreading anti-national messages against the upcoming G20 Summit.
As India prepares to host the G20 working group meeting in Kashmir, security has been heightened in the region to ensure the safety of participants and attendees.
The police advisory urges people to be cautious and not respond to specific international numbers associated with spreading rumors.
The Additional Director General of Police of Kashmir has emphasized the need for coordinated efforts to enhance security arrangements and instructed officials to take necessary actions to counter potential security threats.
The Cyber Police Kashmir has initiated investigations into the matter, and the public is encouraged to report any such calls to the police.
Ahead of the G20 round of meetings in Srinagar, National Security Guard (NSG) commandos, along with the police and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), conducted reconnaissance and searches at hotels in Lal Chowk, the city’s business center. The NSG commandos spent time at Lal Chowk and inspected some hotels in the area.
This action comes as part of the heightened security measures for the G20 summit, with marine commandos also conducting patrols at Dal Lake, where the main venue of the meetings, Sher-i-Kashmir International Convention Centre (SKICC), is located.
The NSG and marine commandos have been deployed to provide extra security cover, and their presence aims to counter potential threats and maintain a peaceful environment during the meetings.

The police and security forces have intensified patrolling and implemented essential measures to ensure the security of vital installations and individuals involved in the G20 summit.
