India Ties Up With Israeli Company For Mobile Range Air Defense Tech
An Indian defense technology company that is focused on radar solutions has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Indian Defense and Aerospace company, Alpha Design Technologies Pvt. Ltd. recently.
RADA Electronic Industries Ltd. (RADA) has formed a joined venture to manufacture and sell RADA’s radars in India. Under this partnership, it will offer locally made tactical radars tailored to suit the unique requirements of the Indian Armed Forces.
Being considered quite advanced in the sense of technology, this will be used in mobile range air defense, counter UAV, counter mortars, artillery and rockets (C-RAM), active protection of armored vehicles, and other things as well, according to an official statement by the company.
